One of our agents will assist you step by step in the process of selecting the correct braai for your home. Here are also some FAQ’s from past customers:

What materials do you use?

We supply Mild Steel (Black), 430 Stainless Steel and 304 Stainless steel (Recommended for coastal areas).

What sizes are available?

We supply from 700mm up to 1800mm in 100mm increments.

Do you supply flues and cowls?

We do all flues and cowls for our different sizes built in braais. We will gladly assist in quoting on the right size for your braai.

Do you install?

We make use of qualified installers in the Western Cape. For other provinces we can courier the braai.

Do you provide a guarantee?

We offer a limited guarantee on our braais for 24 months.

Do you custom make braais?

Unfortunately not.

Can you upgrade to a stainless steel grid if your choice of braai comes with zinc plated grids?

Yes you can (cost to be confirmed depending on size).

What is the lead time on delivery?

We do keep stock of most size braais. If not in stock, lead time can be up to 14 work days.

Do you do econo contractors braais?

Yes we do. Most of these units are entry level and exclude some options like light fittings, ashtrays, and are normally made of thinner steel for costing purposes.

Do you have different designs?

We offer a single and double door option to our clients.

Can internals be replaced when needed?

Yes we do sell ash pans, grids, ember makers and ashtrays separately.

Can you courier nationwide?

Yes we do deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Information regarding the materials we use:

Due to our effective manufacturing processes, we have become the leaders in supplying South Africa with affordable stainless steel braais.

All our products are made from the highest grade of materials and computer numerical controlled machinery, which ensures that you can expect the very best quality and workmanship.

We have a wide range of materials from which clients can choose; mild steel, 430 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel.

IMPORTANT:

· Stainless steel may/can change colour once it comes into contact with heat.

· There is a misperception that stainless steel does not rust.

Stainless steel can rust, discolour and even bend under high heat, and therefore we need to inform our customers of the different degrees of stainless steel on the market. There are different grades of stainless steel materials available.

Some stainless steels are not suitable for coastal areas and others last longer in coastal areas.

Most of our braais we make out 430 stainless steel. 430 stainless steel is known as the entry level stainless steel.

We have tried and tested our braais for more than 10 years and we have discovered that 430 stainless steel works very well with heat. 430 Stainless steel will discolour on the areas where direct heat has been promoted.

We can also make that same braai in high-grade stainless steel that is 304 or even better 316 stainless steel.

We recommend 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel for coastal areas. 304 and 316 stainless steel are high grade stainless steel. We make 316 stainless steel products only on quotation.
